12 months

My baby is 1 years old!! She is amazing, adorable, and full of energy! I can't believe how fast a year flies by. It still feels like just yesterday that Doug and I were preparing to go to the hospital to be induced to welcome our little baby girl to the world. We were so anxious, nervous, but most of all excited. Our inducement date kept getting pushed back because of women who were in actual labor...so after 4 days of biting our nails and waiting each of those days to see if it was THE DAY, we finally entered the hospital... 1 day later, Aprill 22nd, 2012 our Scarlett June was born. That day changed my life forever in the best way possible. I can't even remember what life was like without her, because it seems like she's always been part of our family.  She is the love of my life. She is the sunshine of my life. I feel so blessed and thank my heavenly father every day for her.

At 12 months Scarlett:

• Runs around everywhere
• Can say "Mama, Mommy, Dada, Daddy, Juice, Cheese"
• She can understand so much more than she actually says right now
• Loves to play at the park, or pretty much anywhere outside
• Loves to drink from a hose or be sprayed in the face with water in general
• Always asks to jump on our bed
• Will stop anything shes doing when music comes on and do a booty dance and a twirl
• Took her second trip to st george and got to spend a full week with her cousin simon whom she absolutely adores!
• Watched her Dada cross the ironman finish line st george!
